Maven Technologies, LLC works closely with Corporate and Institutional clients to assure proper handling of their redundant and end of life technology equipment. Our process is fully compliant with all Federal, State and Local regulations. We also issue C7 certificates and certificates of destruction where required.
From an environmental perspective, we have close control over the equipment we handle. Good working equipment is marketed and sold for reuse. Obsolete or non-working equipment is broken down and recycled at the component and material type level.
With regard to security, all information is removed from the equipment starting with any physical tags and extending to information on the hard drives. Where required, we employ methods consistent with Department of Defense and HIPAA for data removal.
All the equipment that we handle is tagged and accounted for through our comprehensive reporting system. Each client receives a report including the date of the removal, asset serial number, asset tag number where applicable and description of the type of equipment.

End of Lease Equipment
If your company leases rather than purchases your technology equipment, we may be able to provide you cash back on the residual value of the equipment.
Many leases require the lessee to return the equipment at the end of the lease. In most of these leases, there is a predetermined price that the lessee can pay the in order to keep the equipment. This price is often much lower that the market price for the equipment. Maven Technologies, LLC will purchase the equipment from you at an amount higher that the buyout price thereby enabling you to make a profit on the equipment.
